These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jets platform and all its related services. "jets", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the jetsbet.cam website and its Android and iOS applications.

"User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on jets or interested in registering. These Terms apply to Bangladeshi users and are written in Bengali.

Please read this page in full before starting to use jets services. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using jets. For any doubts or questions, contact our support team.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The date of any change will be noted on this page, and users will be notified of significant changes. For more information about jets, see our About Us page.

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on jets, you must provide accurate and complete information. All details provided at registration must reflect your real identity and contact information. Deliberately providing false information may result in account cancellation.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account on jets. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the funds in them may be forfeited. Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but verification may be required if the same device or payment method is used.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details, password, and one-time password (OTP) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the jets support team immediately.

• Passwords must be at least eight characters long and contain a mix of numbers and letters.
• You are advised not to use familiar or easily guessable passwords.
• Change your password regularly and do not use the same password across different sites.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jets may request documents for identity verification in certain circumstances. This process may require submission of a national ID card, birth registration certificate, or other government-issued documents. If requested documents are not provided in time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on jets. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or take part in casino and betting activities on this platform.

If an account is opened by providing false information about age, it will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void. jets is committed to protecting minors and strict action will be taken in such cases.

In addition, jets may not be used in any situation where a person's participation is prohibited under applicable law. It is the user's responsibility to confirm that they are eligible to use jets from their location.

4.1 Deposits

jets currently accepts deposits through mobile financial services available in Bangladesh. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Funds are added to your account only after the deposit is completed.
• Ensure your account details are correct at the time of deposit.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Approved withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if any bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• jets reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Once a withdrawal has been approved, it may not be possible to cancel it. If there is an error or unintentional mistake in any transaction, contact the support team as soon as possible.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on jets receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳2,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Before withdrawing, you must wager the bonus amount of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

jets offers various promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, wagering requirements, and validity period. Details about active promotions can be found on the jets promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Misuse Policy

If an attempt is made to exploit the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage, jets may cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account. Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as bonus misuse.

• Bonuses apply only to the primary account holder.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn — they may only be used for betting.
• If an attempt is made to withdraw from the bonus balance before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games offered on jets are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player), which can be found in the game menu. jets makes every effort to ensure the fairness of game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error or software issue, jets reserves the right to cancel that transaction. If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the system will determine the outcome automatically.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded. If a match is abandoned midway, the decision of the relevant international sports authority will be followed to determine the result. For live betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are final.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8.1 jets Authority

jets may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Use of an account by a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts.

8.2 User's Right to Self-Close

You may request account closure yourself at any time. If you feel you are having difficulty controlling your gambling behaviour, use jets' responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion and session time limit features are available on jets. See the Responsible Gaming guidelines for details.

jets makes every effort to maintain the quality of its services. However, jets does not accept responsibility for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection issues or faults with the user's device.
• Errors or irregularities in the software of third-party game providers.
• Problems arising from the user's own negligence or mistakes.
• Loss resulting from sharing account details with a third party.
• Unexpected technical failures or server downtime.

jets never guarantees profits from gaming or betting. All gaming activities carry a risk of financial loss, and users are considered to be accepting this risk knowingly.

If any specific part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
